Do you deal with Anxiety?
Have you ever gone out in the evening by yourself, pulled up to your destination, and become so overwhelmed with anxiety you decide to just go back home?

I have more times than I care to admit in the last several years. It took everything in me at times, even when I knew friends would be there. Might sound crazy but it is a horrible experience and I've been known to cancel plans last minute or not show up because of it. I'm sure I've hurt people's feelings along the way and if you are one of them, I am truly sorry.

I didn't want to talk about it, I feared judgement, and just hid behind my Introvert label. To be honest, I didn't know how to talk about it. The only times this didn't happen is if I physically showed up and walked in with a friend or had been to a place often enough and knew enough of the staff that I felt comfortable.

So why talk about it now? I hope to encourage or inspire others who resonate with this message. I have been doing a lot of personal development and growing as a person over the last year. Implementing a lifestyle framework that forces me to face my fears, acknowledge my strengths, and work on personal goals to live a life I truly love.

In the last 3 weeks I have met another incredible human, who happens to also provide hypnosis services that is massively blessing my entire family (more on that later). Then to top it off, I have been able to add another all-natural tool to my holistic toolbox that helps me relax and provides an entrepreneur opportunity as well. Which I feel is divine timing in my life.

Remember, everyone comes into your life for a reason. It is either a blessing or a lesson. It could be for a season or for life. All connections and interactions have a purpose. Try to find the blessing or lesson in them all. Above all be grateful, have faith, and go live a life you love now.

Much love,
