As things are getting back to normal, are you also adding back some fun?
Finding everyday fun, doing hobbies, pursuing unique interests (and even scheduling “bucket list” adventures you’ve dreamed of) just makes life cool.

In fact, “Fun” is one of The 7 F’s of Oola. It’s a necessary component in order to create a life that’s happy and balanced. Well, why not make a breakthrough goal to have more fun in 2022.

If you’ve been following my posts so far this month, you know that—right now—you have a unique opportunity to make 2022 better than the year we’ve just been through.

If the past two years of pandemic, job disruption, and economic upheaval has caused you to re-think your lifestyle, your finances, your health, your relationships and your future, think about what you want the rest of 2022 to look like—including lots of fun that’s guilt-free, plentiful, and affordable. It’s what I help clients with, and it would be my honor to work with you, too.

Coaching can help you rediscover fun hobbies, unique interests, and even your true passion in life . . . a major stepping stone on the way to living the Oola life.

One of my twin daughters found a new passion this year being on her High School's Crew Team. It's been such a blessing for her to meet new friends, improve her physical health and endurance, and has helped her in her battle with depression. Finding a new interest to pursue can have many positive effects aside from just having fun - which of course is equally important.

Here's to having more fun!
